About the sizes of budget loan on the security of separate subjects to the state price regulation

According to subitem 12.2.2 of Item 12.2 of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 6, 2008 "About introduction of the mode of the public mortgage procurements of grain" and of March 4, 2013 No. 181 "About approval of the list of subjects to the state price regulation with determination of the periods of such regulation in 2013 - 2014" I ORDER to No. 705:

1. Approve the Sizes of the budget loan granted on the security of separate subjects to the state price regulation in 2013/2014 marketing period which are applied.

2. To agrarian fund to take measures for implementation of mortgage transactions with grain of harvest of 2013 at agricultural producers in 2013/2014 marketing period.

3. (Sabluk V. P.) to provide to department of economic development of the agrarian market submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Davidenko V. M.
