Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lawyer activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 2, the Art. 105) the following change:
to state part 2 of Article 9 in the following edition:
"To the persons who are wishing to be engaged in lawyer activities and having five-year years of service of lawyer practice, work in prosecutor's office, investigative divisions of law enforcement agencies, court, legal departments of offices of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and departments of offices of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic where the profile of the work performed by them requires obligatory availability of the higher legal education, and also to the deputies of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic having the higher legal education, the license is granted without examination.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
