2. Consider N854 which voided appendix No. 5 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 6, 1992 (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 19, the Art. 1589) in the part concerning the nomenclature of goods with content of precious metals, gemstones, amber and products from it.
3. In partial change of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 1992 No. 1005 (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 26, of the Art. 2313) to determine that import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation including for conversion of uranium or thorium ores and concentrates (code of goods item 2612), and also isotopes of precious metals (codes of goods items 2844 and 2845) are performed according to licenses of the Ministry of external commercial relations of the Russian Federation which are granted after preliminary approval of Committee of the Russian Federation on precious metals and gemstones.
4. To committee on standardization, metrology and certification of the Russian Federation together with Committee of the Russian Federation on precious metals and gemstones to develop and approve procedure for issue of certificates of chemical composition on ores and concentrates of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, derivative products from them in a month.
