1. Establish since January 1, 1993 in the territory of the Russian Federation single procedure for licensing and quoting of export and commodity import (works, services), including deliveries to the CIS countries, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

The procedure for licensing and quoting of export and commodity import entered by this resolution extends on all business entities in the territory of the Russian Federation, irrespective of forms of their property, accessory and place of registration, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, and also international treaties of the Russian Federation.

Regulations on procedure for licensing and quoting of export and commodity import (works, services) in the Russian Federation according to appendix No. 1;

the inventory which export is performed according to licenses in volume of the established quotas, according to appendix No. 2;

the list of specific goods (works, services) which export is performed according to licenses, according to appendix No. 3;

the list of specific goods (works, services) which import is performed according to licenses, according to appendix No. 4;
