About approval of the Regulations on the state fire supervision
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About fire safety", for the purpose of further enhancement and increase in efficiency of the state fire supervision in the republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the state firefighter supervision according to appendix No. 1.
2. To perform the expenses connected with ensuring activities of bodies of the state fire supervision within the budgetary funds which are annually selected to Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also at the expense of other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to bring departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
