About approval of Changes in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities
According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" and for the purpose of enhancement and simplification of the procedure of development of the project documentation on construction of facilities I order:
1. Approve the Change in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 45 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 122) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2011 on No. 651/19389, which are applied.
2. To development department of construction activities, pricing and economy of construction (P. I. Guben) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Ishutko of Page Yu.) submit in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.
