2. To professional participants of the security market within thirty calendar days from Date of Introduction in operation of this resolution to bring the internal documents into accord with requirements of this resolution.
3. And to "Single Registrar of Securities" Joint-stock company (further - the registrar) no later than thirty calendar days from Date of Introduction in operation of this resolution to submit to "Central Securities Depository" joint-stock company (further - the central depositary) in accordance with the established procedure for approval to Committee on control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan changes and amendments in the set of rules of the central depositary and registrar.
