1) the List of positions of the customs authorities replaced on competitive basis according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) Rules and conditions of carrying out tender and training in case of revenues to law-enforcement service in customs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Esenbayev M. T.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
