About approval of form of the employment contract between the worker and the head of cultural institution

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture" and the Procedure for execution of an employment agreement by results of carrying out tender on substitution of vacant positions of the art and artistic personnel of cultural institutions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 07, 2011 No. 1251, I ORDER:

1. Approve form of the employment contract between the worker and the head of cultural institution which is applied.

2. To department of forming of state policy in the field of culture, arts and educations (L.P.Gomolsk) to provide:

1) submissions of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy of the Minister of Cultural Affairs of Ukraine T.G. Favourite.
