About approval of Standard rates of security with network of out-patient clinics - divisions of the centers of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care

 In pursuance of subitem 22.1 of Item 22 of the Section ІІІ the National plan of action for 2013 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 128, I ORDER:

1. Approve Standard rates of security with network of out-patient clinics - divisions of the centers of primary medical (medical and sanitary) care which are applied.

2. To provide to the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, heads of structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations accomplishment of this order.

3. (M. Hobzey) to provide to department of reforms and development of medical care representation in the procedure for this order established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister O. Tolstanov.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
