1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine and Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 11, 2006 No. 275/1252 "About approval of the Procedure for formation of the state-owned holding companies in the course of corporatisation and privatization", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 05, 2006 for No. 1032/12906.

2. To department of the relations of property (Maximov O. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A. and the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
