About modification of the Procedure and conditions of use of the Unified register of objects of state-owned property

On accomplishment of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2004 "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of objects of state-owned property" (with changes) and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with the operating zakonodatlstvo of Ukraine I ORDER to No. 467:

1. Make changes to the Procedure and conditions of use of the Unified register of objects of state-owned property approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of March 23, 2005 No. 622, registered on April 14, 2005 for No. 400/10680, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to management of information technologies and monitoring of Department of exchange activities and information technologies submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
