1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation by heads of the local state administrations in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial units of actions for coordination of activities of territorial authorities of the ministries, other central executive bodies (further - territorial authorities) and ensuring assistance to such bodies in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to them if another is not stipulated by the legislation.
2. Coordination of activities of territorial authorities and ensuring assistance by it in accomplishment of the tasks assigned to such bodies is performed by heads of the local state administrations in the way:
