For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the state guarantees on provision of pensions of insured persons in case of loss occurrence, according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About basic part of pension" of May 26, 2009 No. 252 the following change:
- to declare the paragraph of the seventh of item 4 invalid.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
