For the purpose of ensuring presidency of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2013-2014 and carrying out at the high organizational level of the regular meeting of Council of Chapters of state members of SCO which will take place in 2014 in the city of Dushanbe the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Organizing committee for presidency of the Republic of Tajikistan in SCO in 2013-2014, to preparation and holding the regular meeting of Council of heads of states - members of SCO in the city of Dushanbe in structure according to appendix.

2. To organizing committee to develop plans of the main actions for presidency of the Republic of Tajikistan in SCO in 2013-2014, and also to preparation and holding the regular meeting of Council of heads of states - and in accordance with the established procedure to submit members of SCO for approval.

3. To provide to the ministries and departments of the republic timely implementation of actions plans, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
