About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reducing number of documents for receipt of government assistance in case of the child's birth

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102; 2008, No. No. 5-8, of Art. 78; 2009, No. 7, Art. 70; 2010, No. 8, Art. 53):

Part one of Article 10 to add 1) with the words "constantly lives together with the child";

2) in Article 11:

after part one to add with four new parts of the following content:

"For purpose of the help in case of the child's birth the application of one of parents (guardian) with which the child lives is submitted to body of work and social protection of the population on condition of presentation of the passport or other identity document, and the certificate of birth of the child.

The statement is constituted in any form with indication of data for registration of the place of residence of the child.

This list of documents is exhaustive.

Body of work and social protection of the population at the place of residence of one of parents (guardian) with which the child, or in the birthplace of the child after the request of one of parents (guardian) for purpose of benefit lives in case of the child's birth:

independently receives from public authorities, local government bodies, organizations, from the state registers and according to the procedure of exchange of information all necessary data for purpose of such help;

sends to the central executive body, realizing state policy in the field of registration of physical persons, the places of residence of the child made for registration that marked out person who asks for the help".
