2. The note 3C to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to declare No. invalid.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
