About modification of the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2012 No. 512/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2012 for No. 489/20802 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section II:

in Item 2.2 of the word "decisions in case of threat of life and to health of the state contractor, and also" shall be replaced with words also in figures "the executive documents issued by results of consideration of administrative case according to the procedure of article 182 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine, decisions on removal of obstacles in right to use implementation by the state-owned, utility property or property of public associations within the enforcement proceeding opened according to the statement of the prosecutor and also in case of threat of life and to health of the state contractor and";

 to add subitem 2.7.2 of Item 2.7 with the new paragraph of the following content:
