1. Approve the Amount of lump sum payment for issue of permission and prolongation of its effective period on acquisition, storage and carrying weapon, import to the Republic of Tajikistan and export from the Republic of Tajikistan of weapon and ammunition (is applied) to it.

2. Payment of means by physical persons and legal entities for issue of permission and prolongation of its effective period on acquisition, storage and carrying weapon, import to the Republic of Tajikistan and export from the Republic of Tajikistan of weapon and ammunition to it is made into the special account opened in Head department of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. The means transferred by physical persons and legal entities into the special account are spent according to Regulations on special means, approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
