To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government within six months to develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the draft of the Actions plan on implementation of this Concept.
3. To enable the realization of this Concept within the means provided for the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government and also by extrabudgetary funds and the external help.
