4. To heads of the ministries and departments, chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to take necessary measures for carrying out at the high political and organizational level of the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan.
