Having heard and having discussed information of the member of council of judges of general courts Pazyuk O. S. on threat of intervention in justice implementation, Judicial council of the general vessels DECIDED:

1. Situation with consideration in Pechersk district court of Kiev of criminal cases on accusation of the former management officials of the state in abuses of official capacity and other crimes according to subitem 5, the 6th Art. 122 of the Law "About Judicial System and the Status of Judges".

2. Approve the appeal of Judicial council of general courts to citizens of Ukraine, public authorities, legal entities and physical persons, mass media about threat of intervention in implementation of justice from separate political forces.

3. Charge to the chairman of the board of judges of general courts Pavel Gvozdik to promulgate the address at press conference and through mass media.
