1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of November 26, 2012 No. 920 "About approval of the Procedure for development and approval of the balance year balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine, planned (settlement) balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas and forming and approval of planned distribution of supply of natural gas to consumers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2013 for No. 196/22728, such changes:

after Item 1 to add the order with new Item 2 of such content:

"2. Responsible for development of balance of receipt and distribution of natural gas in Ukraine, forming and adjustment of planned distribution of scopes of supply of natural gas to consumers in National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" to determine the first deputy chairman of the board of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" Franchuk V. G.".

With respect thereto to consider Items 2-4 respectively Items 3-5;

in item 4 of the order of the word to "Makukh V. O." shall be replaced with words "Bondarenko A. Yu.".

2. To the director of the department of questions of production of traditional and alternative types of fuel Ruban I. V. provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
