Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2012 No. 11-2/442 "About approval of Rules of work on stocking of reservoirs, acclimatization of new species of fish, fishery melioration of water objects" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 7932, No. 385-387 (27204-27206)) published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of November 7, 2012.
3. To provide to committee of fishery of the Ministry of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
