expressing mutual desire to settle the questions connected with implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Belarus about readmission of October 4, 2013 (further - the Agreement),
agreed as follows:
1. The competent authorities responsible for implementation of the Agreement, are from:
Republic of Kazakhstan - Ministry of Internal Affairs,
Republic of Belarus - Ministry of Internal Affairs, State boundary committee.
2. About changes of the competent authorities specified in Item 1 of this Article, the Parties without delay inform each other through diplomatic channels.
3. For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement and this Executive protocol competent authorities of the states of the Parties directly interact among themselves.
4. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan reviews requests about readmission concerning citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens of the third states and stateless persons, and also sends inquiries for readmission concerning citizens of the Republic of Belarus, citizens of the third states and stateless persons, for transit.
5. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus reviews requests about readmission concerning citizens of the Republic of Belarus, citizens of the third states and stateless persons, and also sends inquiries for readmission concerning citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, citizens of the third states and stateless persons, for transit.
The state boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus reviews requests about transit.
