Based on paragraph two of part two of item 4 and Item 11 of the Regulations on procedure for provision and payment of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus in spheres of science, the education, health care, culture, youth policy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 13, 2013 No. 425, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for return to the republican budget of the means paid to the receiver of grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus in spheres of science, education, health care, culture, youth policy it (is applied).

Establish:

the commitment form on provision of grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus in spheres of science, education, health care, culture, youth policy according to appendix 1;

report form of the receiver of grant of the President of the Republic of Belarus in spheres of science, education, health care, culture, youth policy about results of scientific research (the innovative project), the youth project according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
