1. Approve:
Regulations on approval procedure on reorganization of the insurer, according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for approval of the list of the precautionary actions financed from reserve of precautionary actions of the insurer according to appendix No. 4.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
