"12:12. Certification on the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

the documents confirming the right of the organizer of cultural and spectacular action to holding cultural and spectacular action on certain scenic platform and also the arrangement with the specific contractors or citizens and the organizations representing their interests on participation in cultural and spectacular action (it is represented in case of holding cultural and spectacular action with participation of foreign contractors)

5 working days, term can be prolonged for receipt of the conclusion of Republican (regional) commission of experts on prevention of promotion of pornography, violence and cruelty, but no more than for 2 working days

before the end of holding cultural and spectacular action or the last of several cultural and spectacular actions on which carrying out the certificate on the right of the organization and holding cultural and spectacular action in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is issued

free of charge – for organizers of cultural and spectacular actions with participation only of the Belarusian contractors, the state organizations of culture

when holding cultural and spectacular actions on scenic platforms or in the places which are specially not intended for these purposes under the open sky or indoors with project capacity proceeding from the number of places, and in case of its absence – proceeding from the number of tickets of admission planned for realization:

3 basic sizes –
1–150 places (tickets of admission)

10 basic sizes – 151–300 places (tickets of admission)

30 basic sizes – 301–500 places (tickets of admission)

50 basic sizes – 501–1000 places (tickets of admission)

80 basic sizes – 1001–1500 places (tickets of admission)

100 basic sizes – 1501–2000 places (tickets of admission)

150 basic sizes – 2001–3000 places (tickets of admission)

200 basic sizes – over 3000 places (tickets of admission) (state fee)

3 basic sizes – in the absence of the project capacity and implementation of tickets of admission (state fee)".
