About approval of forms of administrative data within monitoring of transport and communication complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics", I ORDER:
1. Approve forms of administrative data of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) within monitoring of transport and communication complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendices 1-18 to this order.
2. To provide to heads of the organizations of transport and communication complex provision of administrative data in the Ministry according to appendices 1-18 to this order.
3. To department of strategic planning and analysis of program documents of the Ministry (Sabdinova D. T.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan its official publication in mass media, placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry and the Intranet portal of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry Kasymbek Zh. M.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its publication first officially.
