The protocol of withdrawal according to appendix 3;

The protocol of customs examination according to appendix 4;

The resolution on the case of administrative offense in the field of customs affairs according to appendix 5.

2. To chiefs of the head customs authorities (customs authorities), customs to organize studying by staff of this order and to provide strict observance of its requirements.

3. Consider invalid:

The order of Customs committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan N 66-P of August 7, 1995;

The order of Customs committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan N 68-P of August 7, 1995;
