According to Item 6 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of financial support of subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex via the mechanism of the reduction in cost of the credits and compensation of leasing payments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 11, 2010 No. 794 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on Minagropolitiki's commission of Ukraine concerning provision of the state support to subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex via the mechanism of reduction in cost of the credits and compensation of leasing payments which is applied.

2. (Akhidzhanov B. R.) to submit to department of financial credit policy and financial accounting the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister Bisyuk I. Yu.
