About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2013 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 292 "Questions of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus"
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the compulsory national insurance of judges approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2006 No. 1372 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 179, 5/24073), words "Public service of medical judicial examinations" shall be replaced with words "body of the State committee of judicial examinations";
1.2. appendix 1 to the Regulations on the obligatory complimentary copy of documents approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2008 No. 1284 "About approval of the Regulations on the obligatory complimentary copy of documents and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 222, 5/28290; 2009, No. 197, 5/30302; 2012, No. 4, 5/35049; No. 48, 5/35586) to add with Item 43 following of content:
