ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 26.01.2015 No. 18)

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 2005 No. 65 "About approval of Rules of determination of category and structure of drugstores, pharmaceutical warehouses" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 4, the Art. 36);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2005 No. 1060 "About approval of Rules of issue of the export permit of donor blood and its components out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 38, the Art. 540).

3) Item of 1 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 6, 2013 No. 582 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
