Rules of determination of category and structure of drugstores, pharmaceutical warehouses

1. General provisions

1. Rules of determination of category and structure of drugstores, pharmaceutical warehouses (further - Rules) are developed for the purpose of approach of process of the organization and implementation of pharmaceutical activities to international standards, enhancement of provision of medicines of the population, realization of state policy in the field of drug circulation.

2. The category of drugstores and pharmaceutical warehouses is established or proves to be true in the course of accreditation of the organization of health care according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Criterion for determination of category and structure of drugstores, pharmaceutical warehouses are the amount and types of the pharmaceutical activities performed by them.

4. For the organization and implementation of types of pharmaceutical activities in full, according to category, the drugstore and pharmaceutical warehouse provide availability:

1) structural divisions (departments) provided by these rules;
