About elimination of negative effects and non-admissions of prosecution and punishment concerning events which took place during peaceful assemblies
Article 1. Exempt from liability persons who were participants of protest actions and mass actions on their actions and decisions during the period from November 21, 2013 to day of entry into force of this Law.
Article 2. All criminal proceedings and productions on making of administrative offenses opened concerning the events determined by article 1 of this Law are subject to closing.
Article 3. New criminal proceedings and productions on making of administrative offenses cannot be open concerning the events determined by article 1 of this Law.
Article 4. Persons brought to trial of responsibility for administrative offenses concerning the events determined by article 1 of this Law are exempted from liability and are recognized not having criminal record, responsibility for administrative offenses. To authorized bodies to make the decisions following from this Law within 10 days from the date of entry into force of this Law.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
