About mutual recognition of documents on the highest / higher education

The governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States which further are referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Agreement on cooperation on forming of single (general) educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States of January 17, 1997,

aiming at deepening of cooperation in the fields of education, sciences and cultures, to increase in the academic mobility,

considering market development of work in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement determines bases of mutual recognition of documents on the higher/higher professional education / documents of the state sample on the highest / higher education, and also the documents on the highest / higher education recognized at the level of the state documents on the highest / higher education (further - education documents), and documents/references / the academic certificates of the established sample of training in the educational organizations / organizations issued to persons which did not complete development of educational programs of the highest / higher education (further - documents / the academic references).

Education documents and documents / the academic references specified in part one of this Article shall be issued according to the certified/accredited educational programs in educational organizations / organizations of the State Parties of this agreement which underwent государственную/институциональную/специализированную accreditation/certification.
