About approval of Changes to the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad
According to Articles 7, 30 and 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, 11 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-9 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for issue of individual licenses by the National Bank of Ukraine on implementation of investments abroad the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation of investments abroad approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 16, 1999 No. 122, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 1999 for No. 259/3552 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
