According to the subitem 63 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 406, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2006 No. 812 "About approval of the Procedure for utilization of rockets, ammunition and explosives" and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with legal and economic basis of competitive selection by determination of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget I ORDER to them:
1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of contractors on utilization of ammunition at the expense of means of contractors with the subsequent payment of compensation for the account of means of the government budget which is attached to them.
2. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
