Some questions of activities of the central executive bodies

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Rename the State agency concerning science, innovations and informatization into the State agency concerning electronic control, having put on it functions on realization of state policy in the field of informatization, electronic control, forming and use of national electronic information resource, development of information society.

2. Determine that:

1) activities of the State agency concerning electronic control go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

2) it is excluded;

3) the Ministry of Education and Science is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies on realization of state policy in the field of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, transfer of technologies.

3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 12, 2014 No. 69 "About determination of the questions which are within the competence of the first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 24, the Art. 736) and of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, the Art. 814) changes which are applied.

4. Place structural divisions of the Ministry of Education and Science in the house on Ulitsa T. Shevchenko, 16, in Kiev, having assigned it to the Ministry on the right of operational management.
