About determination of the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine

1. Determine the questions which are within the competence of the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine and vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to appendix 1.
2. Determine that in case of absence:
The Prime Minister of Ukraine its powers is performed by the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine;
The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine or one of vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine their powers is performed by officials according to appendix 2.
