About procedure for implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan about readmission

expressing mutual desire it most full to settle the questions connected with implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan about readmission of April 15, 2013 (further - the Agreement), agreed as follows:

Article 1 Competent authorities

1. The competent authorities responsible for realization of provisions of the Agreement, are:

from the Russian Side:

The Federal Migration Service - the central competent authority;

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;

Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation;

from the Uzbek Side:

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the central competent authority;

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. About changes of the competent authorities specified in Item 1 of this Article, the Parties without delay inform each other through diplomatic channels.

3. For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement and this Executive protocol the central competent authorities of the states of the Parties interact among themselves directly.

4. For the purpose of implementation of this Executive protocol the central competent authorities of the states of the Parties within 30 calendar days from the date of its entry into force report each other in writing through diplomatic channels the contact information.

5. The central competent authorities of the states of the Parties without delay report each other in writing about changes of the contact information.
