1. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state register of the rights to results of scientific and scientific and technical activities it (is applied).
2. Provide to the State committee on science and technologies the right to explain questions of application of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since August 7, 2013.

1. This Provision determines procedure for maintaining the state register of the rights to results of scientific and scientific and technical activities (further – the state register).
