2. To the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic till December 30, 2013 to develop and submit the corresponding projects of regulatory legal acts for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
