About simplification of the export procedure

For simplification of the customs procedures relating to export, reducings number of the documents necessary for export implementation, and also based on provisions of Art. 12 and 184 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of 20.07.2000 (reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with further changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

the simplified procedure for export implementation, according to appendix No. 1;

changes and amendments in orders of Customs Service, according to appendix No. 2.

2. This Order becomes effective in 10 days after date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. Customs bureau periodically to perform, once a week, the analysis of the export transactions which are drawn up with condition of determination of cases of not closing or closing with exceeding of term of transit concerning the exported goods according to provisions of this Order suffices.

4. To management of information technologies to develop the electronic report for determination of cases of not closing or closing with exceeding of term of transit concerning the exported goods without execution of the transit declaration T1.

5. To management of information technologies to execute in information systems of Customs Service of change, confirmations of completion of the customs transit regime and departure of the vehicle from customs area of the Republic of Moldova, necessary for providing.

6. To perform completion of transit transactions and confirmation of implementation of export for the validirovanny declarations which are drawn up before entry into force of this Order according to the previous procedure.
