The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Hungary on transportation of nuclear materials between the Russian Federation and Hungary through the territory of Ukraine signed on October 17, 2012 in Kiev which becomes effective for the ninth day from the date of receipt by depositary of the last written notice of accomplishment of interstate procedures by the parties, to ratify (is attached).
