For the purpose of creation of optimal conditions for production and procurement of fresh fruit and vegetable products, potatoes, melon field and grapes, providing processing enterprises with raw materials, domestic production and expansions of export deliveries in 2014 the Cabinet of Ministers decides fillings of the domestic market:
1. Approve the forecast parameters of production and use of fruit and vegetable products, potatoes, melon field and grapes in 2014 developed by the Ministry of Economics together with the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2.
2. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas:
control of effective use of the home parcels of land, personal subsidiary and Dehkan farms for production of fruit and vegetable products, potatoes and grapes;
priority of production of fruit and vegetable products, potatoes and grapes in specialized farms, having paid special attention on placement of vegetable cultures according to forecast parameters of production;
till March 1, 2014 - the organization of the conclusion of contracts of contracting between farms and processing enterprises on delivery of fruit and vegetable products and grapes, having provided in them advancing of production in the amount of at least 40 percent;
the organization of effective functioning of network for realization of fuel and lubricants, mineral fertilizers, remedies of plants, seed and landing materials for stable providing producers of fruit and vegetable products, potatoes, melon field and grapes.
