About approval of Rules of determination of payment signs and exchange of banknotes, change and turnover coins of national currency of Ukraine

According to Articles 33, of 34, 38 and 39 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of relations between physical persons, legal entities and banks in Ukraine during receiving and delivery of banknotes, change and turnover coins of national currency of Ukraine on all payment types, and also for transfer into accounts, deposits, letters of credit, for transfers and exchange of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Rules of determination of payment signs and exchange of banknotes, change and turnover coins of national currency of Ukraine (further - Rules) which are attached.

 2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 17, 2004 No. 547 "About approval of Rules of determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes and coins of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 6, 2004 No. 1549/10148;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 14, 2005 No. 211 "About approval of Changes to some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 1, 2005 No. 704/10984;

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 6, 2006 No. 252 "About approval of Changes to Rules of determination of solvency and exchange of banknotes and coins of the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2006 for No. 869/12743.
