About statement of structure of Advisory committee on intellectual property and modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2012 No. 172

1. Approve the enclosed structure of Advisory committee on intellectual property.

2. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2012 No. 172 "About the Advisory committee on intellectual property" the following changes:

a) third Item 2 to declare the paragraph invalid;

b) in Regulations on the Advisory committee on intellectual property approved by the specified Decision:

add Item 17 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Members of the committee represent to the chairman of Committee the line item (on paper or by e-mail) concerning the agenda of committee meeting not later than five calendar days before date of committee meeting.";
