About modification and amendments in the Agreement on creation of Interstate council on cooperation in the field of periodicals, book publishings, book tradings and polygraphies of June 4, 1999

The State Parties of the Agreement on creation of Interstate council on cooperation in the field of periodicals, book publishings, book tradings and polygraphies of June 4, 1999 (further - the Agreement) on behalf of the governments (further - the Parties),

proceeding from the Decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of October 9, 2009 about the General provision about bodies of industry cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States,

being guided by article 6 of the Agreement,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. Make the following changes and additions to the Agreement:

1.1. In paragraph three of preamble of the word "February 10, 1995" shall be replaced with words "on April 16, 2004".

1.2. Add with Article of the following content:

"Article 2.1

This agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of each of the State Parties of the Agreement following from other international treaties which participants they are".

1.3. Article 5 after the word is "prolonged" to be added with the words "every time" and further in the text.

2. Bring in the Regulations on Interstate council on cooperation in the field of periodicals, book publishings, book tradings and polygraphies which are appendix to the Agreement, the following changes and amendments:
