1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for development and approval of the instruction for implementation of production observations in the field of environmental protection, rational (steady) use of natural resources it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 4 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of production supervision in the field of environmental protection and the Instruction about procedure for development, approval and approval of the instruction for implementation of production supervision in the field of environmental protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 57, 8/10768).
3. This resolution becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
